I'm not unrealistic, but If something takes a week I just want to be told.... I don't want to check the mail everyday and be dissapointed five times in a row. This is how the majority feels. But no matter how many times it's said, and it's been said almost daily, it doesn't make a difference. Do a search if you haven't yet, and you'll see the same people will chime in with the same "he's away" or "he's busy" lines. Great, but like people always say, let customers know that ahead of time. Simple. If you even manage to get in touch with him via phone, do you expect anything else but another lie? I wouldn't. Regardless, sorry to see you got lied to, but it's pretty much par for the course nowadays. Hang in there, you'll get it one day.
